About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, eduagentskit.online, operated by [TBD: legal entity name (Q-LEGAL-1)] (“we,” “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The website
This website provides information about EduAgentsKit, a free, open-source kit of AI agents and skills for teachers. We may update, change, or remove content at any time.
The kit and its license
EduAgentsKit is free to use. The kit itself (the skills, agents, documentation, examples, and code in the repository at https://github.com/EduAgentsKit/edu-agents) is released under the MIT License, Copyright (c) 2026 EduAgentsKit contributors. Your use of the kit is governed by that license, not by these terms. Read the MIT License. [TBD: license for this website’s own text and design, if different (Q-LIC-2)]
Your AI tool
The kit is designed for third-party AI tools (such as those listed on our Get started page) that are not provided by us. Setup notes are based on those tools’ documentation and have not been tested live. You’re responsible for choosing a tool, creating your own account, paying for any plan it requires, and following that tool’s terms and policies. We don’t control those tools and aren’t responsible for them.
AI-generated material
Materials made with the kit are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased, or unsuitable for your students. You’re responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use anything it produces, and for following your school’s and district’s policies. See our Responsible use guide.
Using this website
Please don’t:
- try to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website;
- use the website for anything unlawful;
- submit student personal information to us through any channel.
Contributions
Contributions to the project on GitHub are governed by the project’s contributing guide and GitHub’s terms. As that guide states, by contributing you agree that your contribution is licensed under the MIT License. No separate contributor agreement is required.
Names and logos
[TBD: whether “EduAgentsKit” and any logo are claimed as trademarks, and any usage guidance. Don’t assert trademark rights unless confirmed (Q-LEGAL-9)]
No warranties
[TBD: legal review (Q-LEGAL-4)] Draft: This website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The kit is provided under the MIT License, which states that it is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The skills have not been tested live in any AI tool.
Limitation of liability
[TBD: wording to be drafted by counsel for the chosen jurisdiction (Q-LEGAL-2)]
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [TBD: jurisdiction (Q-LEGAL-2)]. [TBD: dispute resolution wording, per counsel (Q-LEGAL-2)]
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll post changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
